|
Recently in orthopedics field, therapy using soft tissue allograft is being popular. Allogenous soft tissue processing methods used these days are cryopreserved, Fresh-frozen, Fresh, Frozendry. In knee joint field, allogenous soft tissue is representatively used in MAT (meniscus allograft transplantation) and ACL reconstruction. In this article review, we introduce the character and processing methods of allogeneic graft, and treatment method, results, and complications when using allogeneic graft in case of meniscus and ACL damage.
